In the second quarter of 2025, the performance of sports apps in Oceania showcased interesting trends across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at the top five apps based on Sensor Tower data.

Kayo Sports from Hubbl Pty Ltd experienced a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $1.15M in mid-May. Downloads fluctuated, with a peak of around 43.6K in early April, while active users remained robust, averaging over 1M weekly.

Optus Sport saw its revenue peak at $220K in mid-April. Downloads were relatively low, with a maximum of 3.4K in early June. Active users showed a downward trend, decreasing from 160K to around 61K by the end of the quarter.
